Our mission is to actively promote and work towards a unified, professional credit union system in the Province of Ontario through education, community and fellowship. We work towards this goal by providing educational conferences and seminars, which include system updates, the opportunity for members to meet and network with industry leaders, product & service vendors and to dialogue on common industry issues.
The late Alan Marentette was a leader in the credit union system for over four decades. Among his many contributions and accomplishments, Alan was one of the original founders of CUMA, which was established over 25 years ago. Alan exemplified the high standards of leadership and service that this award was developed to recognize. Level Five Strategic Partners Inc. and The Credit Union Managers’ Association (CUMA) are pleased to sponsor the ‘Alan Marentette Manager of the Year Award’. The award is designed to recognize those managers who exemplify a high standard of leadership and service to credit unions, their owners and communities.
